Osteopathy

Osteopathic treatment uses hands-on techniques to ease pain, correct misalignments, improve posture, joint mobility and relieve muscle tension. It focuses on a whole-body approach to diagnose underlying issues and offer treatments to restore the body’s natural alignment and health.


Massage Therapy

Yousef holds an Integrated Master’s degree in Chiropractic from Health Sciences University, a leading institution in chiropractic education, and is registered with the General Chiropractic Council. His experience includes delivering NHS Health Checks as part of the national programme, where he assessed patients’ cardiovascular risk profiles and guided them in making meaningful lifestyle changes to improve long‑term health outcomes.

Clinically, Yousef has a particular interest in knee osteoarthritis, shoulder complaints, as well as back pain. His approach combines chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilisation, soft tissue therapy, and, where appropriate, targeted exercise and resistance training. By integrating movement, nutrition, and practical lifestyle changes, he aims to restore function, and support long‑term wellbeing.

Yousef develops tailored treatment plans shaped around each patient’s goals and lifestyle. His focus is on making care effective, sustainable, and empowering—helping patients regain confidence, independence, and the ability to return to activities. He works with patients of all ages, with particular experience supporting mature individuals.

Outside of practice, Yousef’s passion for running and strength training complements his understanding of movement and performance. Natacha has had a love of sport and fitness since a very young age. Her greatest achievements have been competing in the Cheerleading World Championships in America. This sport gave her the confidence and determination to progress and develop in different areas, it also has provided an insight into injuries and the prevention required to keep the body fit at a very high level in sport.

Whilst Natacha no longer competes, she loves to stay fit and active, and really enjoys helping her clients stay as active and pain free as possible.

She gained a level 3 extended diploma in Sport and Exercise Science combined with a Personal fitness instructor course at level 2.

She completed a Sports Massage Therapy Diploma course at Level 3 and Level 4 at Winchester College. At the beginning of 2023 she studied a Hot Stones course to combine with massage and has had very positive results and feedback on this technique.

Marta holds a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from University College of Osteopathy, London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from the Opole Medical School, Poland. She is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council.

Known for her empathetic approach and welcoming nature, Marta aims to create a comfortable environment by ensuring that patients feel truly heard and understood. Marta is passionate about helping patients achieve their health goals. Her expertise lies in her careful listening and diagnostic skills, allowing her to develop tailored treatment plans for each person.

Isabel graduated from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic, achieving a first-class honour`s in her Integrated Master’s degree. She is registered with the General Chiropractic Council, and is a member of the Mctimoney Chiropractic Association and United Chiropractic Association. Isabel has a huge passion for helping others and has personal experience of the amazing benefits chiropractic can have. From a young age, Isabel has received regular chiropractic care for her migraines and for this reason has a particular interest in treating headaches, as she can empathise with how debilitating they can be. Isabel likes to incorporate a variety of manual therapy techniques during her treatments some of which include, manipulation, soft tissue therapies, and dry needling. After studying for five years at the AECC University College in Bournemouth, Teja graduated with an Integrated Master’s Degree in Chiropractic. She is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association. Teja’s interest in chiropractic first started when she injured her knee whilst playing badminton at county level when she was a teenager. As Teja was so inspired by the treatment she received and the profession itself, she knew that she wanted to help others in this way too.

Teja uses a range of techniques including joint manipulation, soft tissue stretching and massage. Teja believes that chiropractic can help patients manage their pain whilst encouraging strength and mobility, and she is passionate about providing person-centred care that emphasises patient education and empowerment. Louise’s interest in physical therapy was sparked several years ago when her mum became paralysed from the waist down.

She saw the amazing job the physiotherapists did with her mum and how it gave her hope and confidence at a very difficult time.

Louise decided to take the plunge and retrain as a massage therapist during the pandemic, her job in the airline industry was under threat and she was ready for a new challenge.

Louise trained at the Quantum Metta School of Massage in central London gaining Diplomas in Holistic Massage and Sports Massage ITEC level 3. She dhas also completed and passed a further diploma in Advanced and Deep Tissue Massage.

Louise has definitely found her passion in life! The positive effects that massage can have on the body are not only the physical state but also the emotional & psychological.
